About

The market was created to serve the community by providing locally grown, fresh, high-quality produce and products, and to provide an economic outlet for local farmers, producers, and artisans in Cabarrus and surrounding counties of North Carolina’s Piedmont. By supporting your local farmer you also support your local economy, local green space, and reduce our dependence on foreign oil.

When you shop at traditional food outlets, such as supermarkets and big box stores, farmers, ranchers and local producers only receive about 15 cents of every food dollar. When you shop at the farmers’ market, your local farmer and rancher receives 100% of that food dollar to reinvest in their local farm and local economy.

Our Winecoff Market is open year-round on Saturday mornings. We have two additional seasonal markets in Harrisburg and downtown Concord.
